Your message.
Handled with care.

How contact information is collected, stored and used when you send this site a message.

What the form collects

When you send a message, the form collects your name, email, optional phone, selected service, message, consent and the page from which you submitted. Security processing may also use limited connection and request information to protect against abuse. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal records.

How the information is used

Your message is used to review and respond to your request. Consent is permission to contact you about that message, not consent to unrelated marketing. Submission does not confirm a booking or agree to construction work.

Storage and delivery

Application message records are stored encrypted, with a 90-day application retention period. The site owner receives an email notification through Manus notification delivery. This involves hosting, infrastructure and notification providers and network processing required to operate the form. Email copies and provider records may have different retention periods from the application database.

Essential cookie and security

The form uses an essential security cookie and an anti-forgery token to protect submissions. A hidden spam field and server-side checks help reduce automated abuse. Do not use the hidden field. These controls are functional rather than marketing tracking. Typefaces may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary connection information when those requests are made.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. The phone field is optional. To ask about access, correction or deletion, send a message through Contact us and identify the original message without including extra sensitive information. Requests may require verification. Application deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups, security records, delivered email or third-party provider systems.

Keep the message appropriate

This form is for residential service questions, not emergencies. Only share information you have permission to provide. Any separate service provider’s agreement and privacy terms should be reviewed directly before sharing additional records or authorizing work.
